Job Description

Our client seeks a competent Motel Operations Manager for a Motel unit and 50 seater Conference center in the West Rand close to Lanseria.

The person will manage the Housekeeping of the 35 Units, the Convenience Store and Casual dining takeaway as well as the Conference Center Facilities.

Stock and Cost Controls and Operations Management experience and know-how required. This is a good 2* Level operation.

Relevant Hospitality Qualifications.

Skills

Proven Operations Management experience. Ability to manage staff and stock as well as daily operational procedures.
