Recruitment & Selection :

  • Ensure that the recruitment process is carried out timeously in accordance with the RDM policy and the EE Plan
  • Control of document security system and procedure.
  • Improve the process flow to eliminate bottlenecks and delays.
  • Administer relocation policy and implementation thereof.
  • Monitor adverts of vacancies
  • Manage selection of CV’s
  • Interviews for management position
  • Induction Program

  • Development and implementation of induction program for the company.
  • Standardization of Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure all job descriptions to be in place
  • Ensure standardization of job descriptions
  • Standardize minimum requirements of job descriptions
  • Standardize of job titles and job adverts
  • Ensure that all positions are on correct grades
  • RDM Academy Coordination

  • Interns motivations and tracking
  • Recruitment of inters
  • Compiling of contracts for inters
  • Implementation of intern program
  • Implementation of logbook
  • Exit management

  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Ensure all information on SAP is correct.
  • Ensure personal data is electronically captured.
  • Job Grading

  • Ensure that all positions are on correct grades

  • HR / Industrial Psychology Bachelor’s Degree or relevant NQF 7 equivalent qualification.
  • 7 years experience in the field of Human Resources (General) Management.
  • Good leadership abilities, good judgement and a decision maker.
  • 5 years experience in recruitment
  • 2 years in management
  • Full and competent understanding of all HR Disciplines.
  • Organisational Development including Talent Management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong SAP knowledge
  • Must be prepared to travel and work irregular hours.
  • Proven ability to communicate and operate at a Senior Level.
  • Computer literacy (all MS Office packages)
  • Valid Driver’s license is essential as well as owning a vehicle.
