Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Creation of Purchase Order on Pastel

Creation of Customer Invoices on Pastel

Creating Return and Debit Notes on Pastel

Capture of Supplier Invoices on Pastel

Process Journal Entries on Pastel

Updating of Supplier Invoices

Process cashbook from bank on Pastel

Monthly Bank Reconciliations;

Process Company Credit and Petrol Cards transactions on Pastel

Monthly Intercompany Loan Reconciliations

Update Loan Matrix

Do Variation Orders

Assist with VAT submissions

Assist with all Audits

Assist with Project Cost Reports and calculating Project Costs

Supplier Account Reconciliations

General Accounting Administration

Daily Payment Capturing

Stock Control

Requirements :

Matric

Relevant Tertiary Education beneficial

Minimum 2 year's experience

Valid Drivers License Candidate

Requirements :

Strong Attention to Detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Professional

Ability to multitask

Enthusiastic and shows initiative
