The Senior Talent Acquisition will provide the highest quality of recruiting skills to hiring managers, ensuring that openings are filled efficiently, providing the best candidate experience.
You will own full lifecycle recruiting, keeping excellent relations with the talent marketplace.
What will I be doing?
Design and implement recruiting strategy for your open requisitions
Partner with hiring managers to understand and determine staffing needs, meeting with them to understand and identify staffing needs and business shifts.
Develop and update job descriptions and job requirements for each role and collaborate on improving them to reflect business objectives.
Use multi channel approach to headhunt and recruit passive candidates
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Help in implementing an Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
Keeps abreast of industry trends, events, awards and publications
What skills do I need?
5+ years of Recruitment experience ideally in High Growth companies
Hands on experience with end to end Recruitment process
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective negotiating skills
Fluent in English
Experience in Fintech or IT companies is a plus
Experience in international recruitment will be valued
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple priorities
Experience with working remotely (nice to have)
