Legal solutions through a consultative sales process, the Sales Specialist is accountable for : Identifying, attracting, qualifying, proposing Legal Solutions.
Driving sales in region : Attain assigned pipeline target and sales quotasSubmit accurate sales forecasting and performance reports on a regular basis.
Collaborate with clients, account management team and delivery / operations throughout the sales cycle to design and build compelling, high-quality sales presentations, proposals and roadmaps to close.
Thoroughly analyze and understand current and potential client needs and objectives in order to successfully determine the appropriate solutionResponsibilities : Identifies and generates sales to existing and new customers Develops new opportunities and creates solutions based on the data and content propositions with regard to the geographical territory Converts leads provided by Direct Sales and Account Managers Assists in key retention situations, bringing domain expertise relevant to that customer as agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Acts as an advocate for customer needs to the businessProvide Market insight Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsBachelors degree or diploma, Law and Legal Research would be advantageousMinimum 2 years of sales experienceUnderstanding of the legal market and legal industry as a whole is desirable and demonstrated ability to understand business development with corporate, professional and government customers across Africa.
