Our client a non-profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic COO to join their team

Working hours : Monday Friday (8 hours per day) example - 08h00 16h00 without lunch or 08 : 00 16 : 30 with a 30 min lunch break

Minimum requirements :

  • B Com Degree in Accounting
  • Be well versed in Accounting and Financial Management
  • 5+ years working experience in Finances, Personnel and Office Administration
  • Pastel Accounting
  • Excel spreadsheets and graphs
  • VIP Payroll would be an advantage
  • MS Office, Outlook and Internet
  • Duties will include but is not limited to :

  • Management and supervision of general office logistics and personnel
  • Management of complete financial system on Pastel
  • Monthly marking of salaries and cashbook
  • Managing budgets
  • Drawing up yearly budgets
  • Manage the utilizations and maintenance of all facilities and buildings
  • Drafting of agendas and typing of minutes for executives and the leadership
