This farm in the Noordoewer area has the following position available for a candidate with above average organizational skills and ability to implement systems and procedures.ACCOUNTANTNOORDOEWER AREA


  • Candidate with a financial diploma and minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role- Knowledge of internet software, spreadsheet software and Word processing software.
  • Inherent leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence in client base- Team player who will exceed assigned responsibilities- Ability to communicate effectively wit all levels of employees- Proficient with MS Office with advance Excel skills
  • Role

    responsibilities : - Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures ensuring appropriate internal controls- Assist with the month end close process and financial reporting- Prepare account reconciliations and payroll journal entries- Work with department to prepare detailed expense budgets, analyze budget / actual variances and review with department managers ande senior management- Prepare financial reports and analysis related to the company's farms operations.

  • Issue intercompany billing and follow-up- Support financial and regulatory audits- On-time monthly management accounts- Tax assessments and returnsNamibian citizenship will be to a candidates preference.
