Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • General management and maintenance of clients and client portfolio
  • Add value strategically on all projects across the portfolio
  • Foster and build on new and existing long-term relationships
  • Challenge, add-value and provide value-based solutions to all clients
  • Draft and manage costing across client service team
  • Work together with creative team to challenge and deliver quality solutions
  • To represent the company and raise the company profile and share the agency’s vision
  • Financial Management

  • To set (With MD), drive and deliver annual revenue and profit targets
  • Effectively manage pipeline forecasting and ensure monthly revenue targets are met along with client service team
  • Maximise profit and revenue where possible across the portfolio
  • To ensure all client reporting, proposals and invoicing are supplied and completed
  • To ensure monthly job recons are completed, analysed and shared with MD on a monthly basis
  • To assist all client service with costing and proposals when required
  • Operation & HR Management

  • General weekly & monthly reporting to MD on CPT business
  • To ensure all systems & process are followed
  • To ensure responsible workflow management and ensure a high level of efficiency and maximising revenue
  • Management of all day-to-day CS HR team and individual issues
  • Ensure correct skill set is recruited and a high level of output is maintained
  • Performance management of CS team members / individuals
  • Recruitment of CS team members / individuals if necessary
  • To motivate & lead, along with MD, all team members
  • Business Development

  • Continuous identification of potential business leads and develop opportunities within existing clients
  • Acquire and continuously identify & create opportunities for new business and contacts
  • Key management of client service team and comprehensive pipeline planning
  • Requirements

    The successful candidate must have / be :

  • 5 10 years packaging or branding experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years packaging experience
  • Strategic, big brand experience, knowledge and ability essential
  • Advertising agency experience essential
  • Professional and well presented
  • Dynamic, driven and a go-getter attitude
  • Familiar with targets & results driven culture.
