Company Mustek Limited Reference # Clerk : Front Counter Published 21 / 09 / 2020 Contract Type Permanent Salary Market Related Location Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa Introduction The Front counter clerk is responsible for the effective book in of customer repairs, ensuring customer service of the highest quality, and resolve customer queries quick and effectively.
The supervisor will ensure that clients receive technical advice as quick as possible from Technicians, and ensure housekeeping of the highest standard.
The front counter clerk will also ensure that all Job cards, POP’s and any other related documentation gets saved electronically per job on a daily basis.
Job Functions Administration Industries ICT Information & Communications Technology Specification Accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
Accuracy in all areas of book in page with full fault description, spelling, fault categories, POP’s and passwords
To ensure that all units are assessed for physical damage and that all accessories are noted on all job cards
Ensure accurate returning of customer repaired goods to customer collecting
To attach all job cards to completed jobs portal on studio on a daily basis
Escalate unresolved customer queries to Technical Supervisor or Manager
Ensure quick and effective repairs on DOA’s and quick repairs
Wearing of PPE clothing on a weekly basis
Keep work areas clean at all times Requirements Qualifications and Experience :
Min of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleSkills and Knowledge :
