Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Participate on a team designing, building and / or testing infrastructure and cloud infrastructure focused solutions.
Implementation of
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Conduct internal hand-over and closure meetings of completed projects.
Work with the Professional Services team in implementing and installing infrastructure upgrades / refreshes.
Provide project implementation support onsite and / or via remote access.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage project communication with the client and all relevant stakeholders.
Perform risk identification and control to minimize project risks

Collaborate with fellow Team Members to improve implementation and configuration of Professional Service processes.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Identify and resolve issues related to activation and implementation.
Provide highly responsive customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure that you submit detailed timesheets for billing and resource utilization monitoring.
Ensure that the Knowledgebase and CRM are updated during and upon completion of projects.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree / Diploma in field of study and / or 4 years relevant experience
