A position has become available for a *Specialised Client Liason *(6-month fixed term contract)to join our dynamic team.

  • Answering incoming calls and processing e-mails received from clients
  • Helping and serving our clients by resolving their queries in accordance with our Client Care processes
  • Giving skincare and product advice
  • Liaising with Logistics and our courier service providers
  • Pitching offers and processing orders
  • Investigating queries
  • Many other ad hoc administrative duties *ABOUT THE POSITION*
  • A 3-month probation period will apply
  • Please note that Management reserves the right to only interview those candidates whom they consider duly qualified

  • Fully bilingual in English and one other South African language A basic salary of R19 per month for a 6-month period, together with incentives which will be discussed during the interview
  • Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma
