The E-commerce Coordinator needs to have skills in business marketing and information technology to generate online sales with being responsible for the brand identity of the company and generating sales through the e-commerce while overseeing the e-commerce team and liaising with the software developers and digital marketers who contribute to the look and systems of the website.
The e-commerce coordinator will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and planning the implementation of appropriate electronic commerce solutions by interacting with the marketing, operations and financial department, with embedded systems management, merchants, payment gateways, and social media platforms.
