Monthly controls on SAP HR Data fields not populated by identifying blank fields on SAP HR. (Perm / Non perm employees).
Reports to be forwarded to the PA / Payroll practitioners (captures) to institute corrective actions. Daily / Monthly control processes to be executed to ensure correctness of data inputs and relevant payments.
HR Transactional Controller to draw required reports after opening of payroll and to be checked within a week. Analyse report, identify errors / discrepancies and record accordingly.
Corrections to be signed off by HR Practitioner and Team Leader and kept on batch file for audit purposes. Execute continuous controls on received recruitment files.
Perform risk avoidance and ensure accuracy of employee master information. Develop and enhance the human resources administration system.
