Job Description : The role is responsible for the delivery of professional HR advice and support across the full generalist HR spectrum across EMEA with key focus on : Provide specialist HR expertise to GSS by ensuring operational delivery and implementation of HR action plans in line with efficiency and service quality objectives.

Diagnosing, coordinating and improving portfolio HR workflows / practices / processes to support the achievement of the organization’s strategy and assuring the quality and efficiency of HR generalist and advisory services.

Work closely with GSS managers and employees, providing them with expert guidance on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, etc.

to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the organisation.Driving an effective and efficient organisation through effective support and coaching.

Sourcing the best operational, functional and managerial talent in the industry.Shaping a culture that fosters safety, inclusion and diversity, innovation and performance.

Ensuring alignment and adoption of GSS policies across all departmentsExperience delivering HR projects and associated change management activitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing capabilityThis role is based in the Global Shared Services department, at a Band 6 level reporting to the Human Resources Manager Qualifications : Required ExperienceBachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related qualification4 - 6 years’ experience working in a HR generalist roleStrong Employee Relations knowledge and experienceSkills Strong HR technical knowledge (Legislation)Analytical skillsPresentation and report development skillsProblem solving and solution generation skillsPeople managementHighly numerateExcellent business acumenAbility to prioritise, high pressure environmentEffective communication skills both written and verbal
