Learning and Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to lead, manage and develop multiple dedicated delivery teams across various sites through observation, coaching and robust development planning to provide world class, innovative delivery and facilitation, work with the Learning Partners, design Manager and Learning Operation to ensure that a consistent approach to learning diagnosis and demand planning is managed.
Ideally you will have a Degree / Diploma in Training / HR Development.
A minimum of 8 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
