Job Description :

Key Responsibility Areas :

  • Handling outbound calls to potential clients and ensure they understand the respective Netstar product offerings, terms & conditions and accept the deal.
  • Achieve 100% of weekly and monthly sales budgetsKeep up to date and accurate sales pipelineActively participate in marketing initiativesPromote and sell the full bouquet of Netstar fleet productsEffectively execute administrative tasks relating to every transaction.

    Ensure accurate and complete data capturing in all required fields of all relevant databases.Track, monitor and follow up on customer onboardingQualify leads and channel them to the correct sourceDrive first call resolution, taking ownershipProvide quality customer feedbackAdhere to service level agreementsAssist with all customer and consultant queriesChannel contract cancellations through the retentions processRespond to all telephonic and e-

    mailed customer and internal queries, requests and instructions.Capturing of information on the relevant systemsActively utilize the Sales CRM platformAchieve quality and compliance, and sales targets.Customer feedback

    Job Requirements :

    Minimum requirements for the position :

  • Min Grade 12 and accredited with at least one or more Sales Courses
  • Consultant must be willing to travel provincially at least one week in every month.
  • Consultants must have experience in a commercial sales environment specifically dealing with the fleet / transport or related business segment.
  • Must be knowledgeable in terms of commercial road transport, fleet management, fleets, commercial vehicles and associated risks.
  • Experienced in selling more complex business solutions and engaging on MD, FD and on board level.
  • Proven Sales Track record.
  • Min 5 Years Sales Experience
  • Driver’s License and a roadworthy vehicle
