Requirements : Matric / Grade 12. Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Sales and Marketing. 3-5 years Proven Experience in sales, as an internal sales coordinator (fencing / construction industry is an advantage).

solving skills Attention to detail Good planning, organized and time management skills High level of accountability & Integrity Responsibilities : You will act as the support for external sales team in the area of order intake, supplying information to customers, quotations and continuous feedback to both the customer and the external sales team.
You will also have the duty of acting as the communication link between various internal departments, the customer and sales.
The following KPA’s will also apply : Customer Service / Sales. Register all quotations and leads in accordance with in-
house CRM procedures. Ensure all quotations are done accurately on Evolution. Assist walk-in clients. Customer relationship building follow up calls on quotations.
Log customer complaints with internal supervisor. Build relationships with existing clients and potential new clients. Ensure CRM system is up to date.
Reports. Ensure all telephone calls are screen correctly and distributed to correct Sales Manager / Region / Department.
Liaise with finance department of payments from clients and outstanding creditors. Liaise with Warehouse on stock allocations.
