Job Description

A successful incumbent will be responsible for :

Preparation and maintenance of all rental contracts

Responsibility for the audit and invoicing of rental contracts

Liaise with distributors for tracking and invoicing purposes

Produce and review rental activity reports

Responsibility for assets and equipment tracking and verification

Responsibility for asset disposals on rental assets register

Liaise with logistics and warehouse for asset tracking and invoicing purposes

Coordinate a monthly physical rental asset verification / count

Customer Service Liaison

Assist Debtors Clerk

Processing credit notes

Track monthly reporting of job shutdowns

Back-up for Repairs Coordinator for consumptions


  • 5 years'''' experience in earth moving or mining equipment
  • Advanced working knowledge MS Excel, Word, Outlook and exposure to Pronto (or similar ERP)
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Medical aid
  • Provident fund
