Key Accounts FMCG

Fast Growing FMCG Company requires a dynamic Key Accounts Manager for the Western Cape Region . Responsibilities include : -

Visiting all Key Accounts on a regular basis building and maintaining strong relationships, Finalise trading terms and annual account spend, Manage all trade promotions, Conduct regular sales reviews and implement plans for further growth, Develop trade strategies to grow the business, Manage the category management process with Major Retailers, Conduct trade visits to ensure standards are being achieved, Analyse sales information to seek opportunities and identify weak areas, Generally oversee and run the entire sales function for the respective areas, Implement systems / procedures / guidelines that are currently not in place, Identify Sales Opportunities and issues, Provide detailed Sales Information versus Target to Company Management, manage and control all expenses for the region, ensure the admin for the area is fully up to date, correct and professionally managed(i.

e. records of all trade agreements, minutes of meetings, contracts etc) provide written monthly reports every month to Head Office

Min of 10 Years’ experience in FMCG sales environment

Must have prior experience managing Key Accounts

Have mix of experience - large and small companies

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong dynamic character required / highly personable and engaging

Excellent management skills

Excellent analytical skills

IT skills - word / excel / email / social media

Willing and able to work and thrive in an unstructured fast moving and dynamic environment

5 to 10 years FMCG Experience

Experienced in calling on major Retailers with proven track Record with strong relationships

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Computer Literacy - Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential
