    We have the below vacancy available in our Organisation :

    The F Band EHOD : International Brand & Comms role isbased within ConsumerBusiness Unit.

    The role of the EHOD : International Brand & Comms isto strategically lead Brand Communications, Research Insights and SegmentMarketing for the International OPCOS of the Vodacom Group across CBU, EBU andMpesa.

    Your responsibilities will include :

    Brand Communications :

  • Develop with the markets the Brand MarketingCommunications strategy
  • Manage digital brand marketing and related trainingto upskill the brand community
  • Champion and be the guardian of the global brand& digital governance and policy
  • Champion & guardian CI (incl. events,sponsorship, retail, OOH etc.) and enterprise guidelines
  • Responsible for all brand communication andreporting into the global brand team
  • Customer Research and Insights :

  • Manage and guide the markets with customer insightsand market research projects
  • Support and manage on-going brand tracking ( Brandequity, Communications evaluations and concept testing)
  • Drive market sizing and opportunity testing for themarkets
  • Segment Marketing :

  • Develop with the markets their segment marketingstrategy in support of company priorities & strategy.
  • Align segment initiatives (including product plans)with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of the segmentplans.
  • Coordinate best practise sharing sessions acrossmarkets and the reporting of performance into the Segment AU centre (globaloffice).
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • Matric (essential).
  • A degree in Commerce,Marketing or any related field of study with a strong requirement for criticalthinking and commercial execution (essential).
  • Post-graduate qualification(advantageous).
  • 8 10 Years of progressiveexperience in Marketing.
  • 5 Years’ experience in aleadership / supervisory role.

  • Longterm Brand Equity Building BMS : Consideration for users and non-users.NPS,Share
  • ShortTerm Demand Creation revenue, profit
  • MaximiseReturn on Publicity Investment.
  • Provenmanagement experience within a marketing team
  • Excellentcommunication skills
  • Theability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
  • ProvenStrategic approach to the development of business relationships
  • DriveENPS, Market Share and Revenue growth
  • The base location for this role is Midrand, Commercial Park.
