Responsible for coordinating activities within their area of responsibility. Responsible for the development and utilization of the tracking mechanism as well as the main point of contact for all logistics.

Responsible for setting the agenda for visits. Provides support and assistance in one or more of the following marketing areas : marketing communications, technical publications, market research, conventions, and meeting planning.

May assist in the preparation, design, and development of marketing proposals, literature, and other print publications to support area of responsibility.

May provide support by implementing mailings and promotional material distribution. Maintains schedules for projects and tracks expenses and budget.

Maintains supplies of marketing materials such as literature, and customer database information. May assist in logistics for marketing events.

Effectively coordinate with field and in-house resources to ensure high quality customer experiences are delivered. Directly interacts with customers to facilitate travel, content and logistics.

Ensure all events meet legal and compliance standards.

Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the particular field of specialization. Significant on-

the-job training or formalized education in specific area. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity. Contributes independently or with a team towards a program or department goal or service.

Interfaces with internal customers and departments.

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The Coordinator - peer to peer is :

  • Responsible for coordinating activities within their area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the development and utilization of the tracking mechanism to drive effective utilization of their area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for setting the agenda for visits.
  • Serves as the key point of contact for the field for their area of responsibility and works with the field to coordinate visits.
  • Facilitates the logistics of the customer engagement and has direct communication with the customer.
  • May facilitate contract specifics with the customer as it relates to peer to peer engagements.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years experience in an office or business setting.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
