  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Development of and execution of the Coastal and Public Sector Field and Channel marketing plan
  • Ensures lead generation / opportunity creation targets are forecasted and met
  • Work closely and tightly integrate with sales in their achievement of the top line revenue goals and reaching target lead generation targets
  • Be accountable for and ensuring the flow of leads to support the sales goals
  • Create a cadence of regular (monthly) reporting to track performance and measure ROI, and adjust as needed
  • Be a key conduit of information between marketing and other go-to-market functions
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Tele-prospecting, and Product Marketing teams
  • Create and execute on lead generation and customer upsell activities : (email campaigns, call out days, enablement days, events)
  • Determine and manage / oversee channel activities (partner awards, partner forums, partner education days, partner networking events)
  • Essential Skills and Experience :

    Within this corporate IT environment, you will be required to have :

  • Team leadership, mentorship
  • Experience in Public Sector market
  • Campaign design and execution
  • Event / activity design, selection, planning and execution
  • Content syndication, webinar and webcast
  • Use of both CRM (NetSuite) and marketing automation tools (Marketo)
  • Channel sell through strategies
  • Customer marketing
  • Top of funnel / nett new lead generation
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Understanding and appreciation of how marketing supports sales efforts
  • Good product orientation (spokesperson capability)
  • Experience around impactful and memorable eventing
  • Field and channel marketing experience Desirable skills :
  • NetSuite and Marketo experience will be advantageous
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business or any related field from an accredited institution
  • 3 5 years of relevant marketing experience at a technology company
