Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management manage all performance and disciplinary processes Manage all aspects of the recruitment, selection and contracting of staff, contractors and consultants Manage the employee onboarding process Oversee and manage the performance management system that drives high performance Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Manage staff training and development including support and compliance such as submission of WSP and ATR Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Manage organizational change management initiatives Nurture a positive working environment, identify and manage organization climate and wellness Oversight and management of facilities contributing to a GP2W environment Manage support staff Design and implementation of CSI initiatives aligned to company objectives and BBBEE requirement in liaison with finance Post graduate degree in Human Resources or related field Essential : Min 5-
8 years general HR experiences Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-
