Description Do you have a track record of delivery in large programmes and operations ? Then we want to hear from you! Our client seeks the expertise of a Business Process Analyst who can Lead, understand and translate business requirements into system requirements for the to-be technology solution Responsibilities : To gather and analyse business requirements for the future technical solution for the value chain.

To translate the business requirements into future (to-be) system requirements for the technology solution. To work closely with the technology solution architect to define the technical solution.

To lead, manage and co-ordinate resources on the programme in the required business process analysis activities to ensure accurate input into the solution and alignment of to-be processes with the new technology solution.

Work closely with programme and project managers to contribute to planning and to ensure technology deliverables align to the programme plan.

To integrate best practices and expertise into business and systems analysis activities. To forecast resource requirements in support of business and systems analysis activities for the programme.

Attributes : Ability to rapidly develop and end to end understanding of existing business operations, including processes, operations and application architecture to enable and facilitate the design of an optimal to be technology solution for the programme.

A balanced combination of technical and business skills is required to ensure that all business needs of the strategy are met by the technical solution i.

e. : processes, operations and technology. Deep analytical skills and ability to connect the layers of business operationally and technologically and to assess which solution / solution components are beneficial or inefficient for business needs.

Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills to translate and describe business structure, processes and software behaviour to create a unified vision of the solution against business needs.

Strong planning skills to lead and co-ordinate activities of the team in accordance with programme timeframes, to ensure optimal utilisation of existing resources and forecast resource requirements.

Very strong people skills and the ability to lead, work with and facilitate activities top down, cross functionally and with both internal and supplier / partner resources.
