My national client is seeking an experienced L&D professional who also has experience and an interest in OD, ED&I and wellbeing to join their growing team as their first L&D Partner.
Reporting into the CPO and working out of their South Manchester offices in a hybrid working pattern, you will work with the business to develop learning interventions to support soft skills, management, apprenticeship and leadership development and technical training needs.
Having recently launched a new division of the business, you will be instrumental in not only managing the development of an established business but also a start-up so flexibility, adaptability and creativity is essential.
Using a range of interventions from e-learning, one-to-one coaching to companywide programmes, you will also establish and maintain strong and influencing relationships with key stakeholder and team members, and the relevant HR team members to deliver appropriate development support.
You will also work with the wider HR team on talent attraction and development, design and deliver the diversity and inclusion activities creating meaningful change, increasing diversity and ensuring an inclusive workplace.
The successful person will be a professional L & D Partner who has proven experience of managing the full training cycle and will hold an appropriate training qualification.
With excellent verbal and written skills and the confidence and ability to liaise at all levels, you will be a solutions provider who can deal with ambiguity and experience of working in complex organisations who have divisions at different life cycle stages (start-up and mature) would be a distinct advantage.
The salary on offer is 45, - 52, plus an excellent benefits package and part time working for the right candidate is also on offer.
