To conduct regular training sessions to ensure that staff perform their duties effectively.

To attend meetings with clients as scheduled.
Assist and support divisional initiatives and objectives as set out from time to time by the Cleaning Division
Ensure Quality Control is in accordance with the company standards.
Manage the cleaning operations, maintain high standards of cleaning in contracts and negotiate new cleaning contracts and price increases.
Contribute towards human resources development through performance management.
Ensure that each unit is operating to the agreed Cleaning and budgetary standards.
Ensure that a realistic and achievable budget is prepared, submitted and agreed for the year
Ensure that the study and analysis of financial results highlight problem areas and take the appropriate action to rectify these.
Ensuring consistently high standards in Cleaning
Maintaining regular contact with the client, ensuring minuted meetings take place monthly Skills and Competencies
Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience.
Must have experience in health and safety standards and management.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Able to work long hours, after hours and some weekends.
Ability to communicate, motivate, develop and coach staff at all levels Qualifications
Post Matric qualification will advantageous
