Job Requirements

  • Responsible for managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Solicit and anticipate requirements of customers and develop and present solutions in the context of Everlytics product offerings.
  • Act as liaison between Everlytic and managed customers for all pro-active and inbound communication.
  • Present the full Everlytic feature and channel set and promote usage of features to optimise value for the customer and to entrench the comprehensive Everlytic product suite.
  • Anticipate potential challenges within accounts and pre-emptively remedy if possible, else resolve effectively soonest.
  • Critical attributes :

  • You need to be a self-starter that can motivate yourself and work independently without close supervision but thrive on advice and collaboration with team members.
  • You need to be intelligent and adaptive with high EQ to effectively act as go-between.
  • You need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set and get excited by a fast-paced environment where things are constantly changing
  • Grade 12
  • A bachelors degree in communication management or similar ( A similar diploma will be accepted)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
  • Experience with Everlytic or Similar SAAS product
  • HTML Knowledge
  • Substantial Knowledge of the email, mobile and digital landscape, locally & globally
  • Computer Literate - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
