Duties and Responsibilities : Base clean up & growth : Build relationships with the existing agents to negate churn should any existing sales consultant leave.

Conduct field visits with the existing sales consultants to ascertain which agents are real or not.Consistent talent search - any candidates (sales consultants) that have potential to fulfill any role within company should be presented to the Sales Manager in order to assess the possibility of them joining.

Identify gaps in areas / regions that the company is not represented in. Once identified, detailed assessment of whether it will be worthwhile for the company to start within that area / region to be submitted to the Sales Manager (Assessment must cover : Costs involved, Revenue possibilities, Logistics, Staff requirements, etc.

Implementation of backup plans / options as far as possible for Sales Consultants in case anyone decides to leave and / or resigns with immediate effect.

Performance manage existing sales consultants with poor performance and company compliance.In House Promotional Team Requirements (Promo buses) : Effectively manage the promo bus process in accordance with the processes and guidance from the Sales Supervisor.

Monitor promo buses performance and raise any issues / concerns with the Sales Supervisor.Report back to the Sales Supervisor in regard to promo buses.

Promotions Management : Ensuring network specific promotions are planned, executed and tracked to provide networks with comprehensive feedback.

Exercising due diligence when assessing promotion requests where there is cost to the company (travel, POS, venue hire).Overseeing all Sales Consultants / Promotions Consultants carry out monthly promotions as per company requirements.

Network & Client Relations : Accurate, appropriate & timeous reporting as per the networks & clients needs.Effective networks & client relationship management.

Growth and maintenance of the network & client relationships through scheduled meetings & on-going engagement.Territory Management : Adhoc responsibilities from Sales Manager (Off-Boarding, etc).

Assist Sales Consultants in resolving any issues or problems they may have with agents / dealers in the field.Assist with promotional tasks, if and when required, in the various sales territories.

Continuously work on building better and stronger relationships with new, as well as long term agents / dealers in the various territories.

Identify, develop and cultivate leads on potential new prospects (Agents / Dealers) in the various territories. Plan and follow up with relevant Sales Consultant to turn the prospect into long term clients.

Identify, develop and cultivate leads on potential new Sales Consultants in the various territories that may require additional Sales Consultants.

Discuss potential candidates with the Sales Manager.Monitor industry competitors, products and market conditions across the various sales territories and provide feedback to the Sales Manager.

Regular field trips throughout the various sales territories. Due diligence must be exercised when deciding where time and effort will be most beneficial.

Sales Consultant Staff Management : Any operational requirements that can be automated and / or made more efficient to be raise with the Evaluate all sales & promo stats (daily / monthly) to ensure they are performing and where performance is a problem raise with the Sales Manager (e.

g. sales dashboards, CMS stats, etc).Evaluate and manage subordinates performance through appraisals, poor performance counseling and corrective action.

Fleet monitoring on a daily basis through the webfleet platform and further investigation to be conducted and where concerns found same to be raised with the Sales Manager.

Identify where training is needed and facilitate the training accordingly.Monitor Sales Consultants behaviour through review of Google data studio reports on a bi-weekly basis and further investigation to be conducted and where concerns found same to be raised with the Sales Manager.

management team.Training Support : Ability to carry out accurate and effective field training with Sales Consultants and / or their agents / dealers.

Assist Sales Consultants with building better relationships with their new and existing agents / dealers.Educating agents / dealers on what products will benefit them financially when required.

On-boarding of new staff members by presenting & training them in your designated areas.Reporting : Continuously update and maintain required weekly / monthly real time reporting for all departments.

Create, review and present feedback to external stakeholders & third parties in a professional manner.Create, review and present feedback to the management team in a professional manner.

Planning & Reporting : Accurate feedback reporting for any other adhoc requirements / trips the Sales Manager may require.

Submission of accurate weekly feedback reports detailing pros, cons and possible future opportunities.Effective self-management & teamwork : Build and maintain friendly, professional and effective relationships (ITO colleagues, agents, Employee Recognition programme, etc.

Ensure you are always up to date on the companys communication platforms (eg. Slack and email) and that requests through the platforms have been addressed within a timely manner.

Continually uphold the company values and maintain a positive attitude. Handle stress in ways that do not negatively impact others, and respond openly to feedback.

Pro-active anticipation and communication of potential problems.Upskill & maintain your general knowledge and skills to perform your roles and responsibilities within the company.
