Based - New Germany, Kwa-Zulu Natal Hours - Two Saturdays per month 8am to 12pm / Normal working hours daily Make sure that all the machinery and assets are available 100% of the time Managing workshop activity the Workshop Manager plans, assigns and reviews the work of all mechanics and electricians in the workshop.
He briefs the supervisors, who then supervise the work of the mechanics, welders, panel beaters and electricians Managing safety It is the responsibility of the Workshop Manager to ensure that the workshop is safely maintained, that all working areas are safe and that staff are fully trained to do their job efficiently and safely Managing staff -
Evaluating performance of workshop personnel, identifying training needs and recruiting Liaising with other departments co-
