The Role
DocFox is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our US validations team. The role will offer the successful candidate the unique opportunity to join a dynamic and scaling SA-founded fintech company with ambitions of leaving a mark in a highly competitive market.
You will be joining a team that is hands-on in ensuring efficient and accurate document verification for our US based clients, which range from the fastest growing fintech and challenger banks to well-established community banks and credit unions.
The validations team is a central function within the company, as such you will work alongside the onboarding and support teams.
Your job will be to analyze customer documentation accurately and timeously.
This is an exciting role responsible for the following :
Validating customer documentation submitted by various customers in a timely manner.
This includes :
I. Following logical or chronological steps
II. Completing qualitative checks
III. Capturing document information
IV. Comparing & validating the final set of information.
Must Haves
Working hours : 9pm-6am, with a one-hour lunch break throughout the day

Strong communication skills
Ability to work with great care & have strong attention to detail
A thirst for learning and ability to understand new concepts quickly
High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to think creatively and handle multiple priorities
Nice to haves
Bachelor's degree preferable
Prior experience such as administrative or data capturing would be beneficial
1 to 3 Years Data / Administrative / Finance / Compliance industry work experience or equivalent
Excellent English literacy & Computer Skills
