A global generic pharmaceutical company is seeking a Wholesaler Key Account Manager.Job Responsibilities : Drive the formulary listings of strategic brands in dedicated pharmacy chains via the relevant Wholesaler Key Account.

Develop new sales channels and improve company performance in existing sales channels.Manage the Marketing Fees within Key Wholesaler groups with significant focus on trade investment and gross to net.

Drive cross divisional networks ensuring all key stake holders (internal and external) are engaged in the Wholesaler Key account plans.

Develop and implement long term sustainable service agreements with Key Wholesalers which focus output on market share gains.

Drive performance with integrity in line with the company code of conduct.Achievement of Primary Sales Number (Commercial Sales Budget).

Achieve sales targets at all Wholesaler Key Accounts Nationally.Ensure financial KPIs are achieved Implement and insure pull through of promotional strategies.

Facilitate strong interaction with customers across all sectors and ensure up to date knowledge of competitors and likely strategiesDevelop and implement customer relationship management programsConduct regular field visits, reviews and work independently on maintaining relationships with key stakeholders / decision makers to evaluate execution of strategies and to identify new opportunitiesConduct analyses of all reporting dashboards to ensure activities increase productivity within the KAM objectivesEnsure outstanding knowledge and understanding of core products, product strategy, positioning, key messaging and programsManage all logistic and service contracts within the dedicated accountsEnsure high level of corporate governance and SOP compliance.

Requirements : B.com business management or administration2-4 years of experience in wholesaler key account management (Pharmaceutical industry)Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
