Reporting to our Head of Talent, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ropes and apply your trade in an in-house recruitment role.
You'll be taught everything from learning Lula fit to headhunting unicorns, and you'll have a lovely team alongside you in order to do it.
Our chosen one will be someone who is highly intuitive, super organised with a real passion for people.
Main responsibilities will include :
Recruiting for a number of roles across various departments
Creating and enhancing job descriptions
Interviewing candidates and advancing them through the recruitment process
Driving recruitment funnels to ensure an exceptional hiring experience for the talent we attract
Collaborating with hiring managers on determining interview stages and assisting with building out case studies
Conducting reference and background checks
Working closely with Head of Talent to determine remuneration packages
Ensuring an awesome hiring experience from start to finish
Market mapping for targeted searches
Assisting the Talent team with the onboarding of new starters, ensuring that anyone coming into our business has a happy start in their new role
Talent project work, such as employer branding drives
Identifying opportunities for us to improve anything and everything talent acquisition related
Helping build culture through various initiatives, campaigns and team building activities
Assist our wider Talent team with people operations activities as and when required

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor degree in a relevant HR field or equivalent
1-2 years' experience working within a recruitment role with exposure to either inhouse or agency recruitment
Proven experience working effectively with business stakeholders
Passionate about networking and meeting new people
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
All round good-egg with drive for growth and passion for people
