Bachelor of Engineering, Chemical Degree essential
Management Qualification would be a distinct advantage
Not less than 10 years experience in Production in the Chemical Industry
At least 5 years management experience gained at a senior level
Strong experiende in managing a team
Accountable for plant goal setting.
Ensures that the plant performance meets set targets.
Ensures excellent EH&S Performance.
Ensures reliable production of low-cost quality products, whilst meeting customer requirements.
Accountable for application of the Operate Plant Work Process.
Establishes annual budget plan consistent with business needs, functional goals, and targets.
Ensures effective resource leveraging within production facility.
Actively participate and drive process improvements.
Encourages and lead the use of Management of Change for value added improvements.
Accountable for measuring the performance of individuals against expectations.
