The Principal Consultant is experienced in creating strategic solutions and managing multiple and complex delivery projects.
You can manage and balance the requirements between business objectives and project requirements. You can recognise trends, patterns or themes in complex data, and you can leverage your experience to solve complex problems.
You understand the importance of project governance and project financial management, and can manage your team against budget and deadlines.
You take responsibility for the work and deliverables, and the way in which the results are achieved, and review and / or approve the work before providing it to the client.
The more junior members of your team rely on your experience and guidance to ensure they are able to achieve the project requirements.
You are comfortable and confident in your ability to communicate to business leadership at all levels.
Internally, you also own and contribute to internal objectives and targets. You are a guide and mentor to junior team members.
You own and contribute to the positive moral of the team, and you facilitate collaboration and learning within the team.
