Relevant Media / Marketing / Sales or Business Administration Certificate an added bonus
3 years experience in an Medica Sales Administrative Environment
Responsibilities and Duties
Update and take Client Store photographs
Post campaign Reporting
Ensure all Clients supporting documentation is updated and backed up
Ensure Client presentations are updated and backed up
Update Clients data base on a regular basis (New Clients / Products)
Compile Client Sales out Results to management
Quarterly reports for all advertising clients
Assist the Sales Department when required
Management of flighting schedule
Check the Clients daily reports for list of stores with no connectivity.
