Responsibilities : Develop a strategy to deliver the right mix of acquisition channels across social media, internal digital channels, external partnership channels and a range of lead colder lead sources, to ensure the right quantity and quality of leads for the sales team.
Manage relationships with external lead providers and partnersManage the full customer journey and communications throughout various stages of the sales & post-sales stages.
This will require a good understanding of CRM systems and how to automate marketing & brand communications.Manage internal performance marketing campaigns & grow the internal digital channels.
Build rework and warm up campaigns together with the sales team.Create a strategic brand plan for the business. Define the brands core message, the brands positioning and ensure communication at all stages of the customer journey is coherent with the brands persona.
Champion the development of marketing assets such as web pages, social media presence, content and communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
Create a Customer Relationship Management content plan and engagement approach.Build out the Social Media presence of the brand including content planning.
Regular engagement with the sales team to ensure that there is maximum ROI on marketing spend.Ensuring the Marketing strategies are aligned to the larger business goals and outcomes.
Help the business stay ahead of the competition by being up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms and strategies.
Owning the customer communications strategyDeveloping and continually testing strategies for all aspects of performance marketingComing up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing new projects & execution and reporting the results to the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the business meets its marketing objectives with particular attention to the lead, sale and customer experience requirements.
