Minimum Requirements and SkillsMinimum of a Grade 12 QualificationFurther Qualification in Administration will be an advantage.
Call Centre Sales admin experience, or sales admin experience.Relevant work experience inclusive of data-capturingExperience in an educational environment entailing one on one interaction is highly preferred.
Ability to use technology (Excel, Outlook, Web, databases, CRM), high level verbal and written communication skills.Higher education sales and marketing experience / knowledge (Advantageous)Knowledge about Class of Business, Continuous Professional Development training (Advantageous) and Short-CoursesJob SpecificationAs the Administrator, you will be responsible for the following : Customer Service & Student contactEnsure that all documentations are processed correctly, including following up on outstanding signed SLA.
Always ensure that all SLAs remain up to date.To build and maintain good relationships with students, customers and colleagues.
Answer telephonic and electronic requests for sales documentation and information within 24 hours.Follows up on outstanding / incorrect documentation uploaded by students / corporate clients.
Drive and ensure high customer services delivery to students and corporates.Assist with generating reports for students and corporates.
Maintain a high quality, client satisfaction after sales serviceProvides registered students with the highest level of customer service through effective phone, email and online communicationAttend to all technical queries which includes but not limited to : Sales Administration Answer inbound calls, emails and assist with in directing sales calls.
Qualify sales leads and connect them with the correct sales channelAssist with providing sales documentation and informationAssist in the administering of all bulk enrolmentsEnsure attendance of all relevant sales and administration training.
Ensure that all student records are updated on the databaseEnsure that all student queries are answered promptly and that the required follow up is done according to the requirements set to in the SLAAssist sales team in meeting daily activity and enrollment targets set by the head of sales.
