A challenging position exists for a Warehouse Administrator to join the dynamic Ciro family. The successful incumbent should have at least 2 years' technical administration experience gained within a Technical environment.

The Warehouse Administrator must have a flexible and co-operative attitude and be self-driven. Should also be diligent and accurate with strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, be able to work with a team and on a variety of tasks to meet daily deadlines.

The role requires regular interaction with customers, technicians, sales consultants, region employees and management. This role will report directly to the Technical Operations Manager and will be based in Meadowdale.

    Equipment Movement Link and maintain the serialized equipment to customers Link and maintain serialized equipment to the regions as per workflows Create Stock Transport Orders (STOs) Create serial numbers for new equipment received Receipt in new serialized and non-

    serialized equipment Ensure all receipting is completed within SAP within 12 hours of receiving the equipment Update of repaired equipment for placements Update of electronically captured in / out books Manage and maintain in transit locations (equipment to and from regions) Equipment Orders Cycle counts of fast moving equipment to report to stores for equipment demand orders Maintain proper stock levels of flasks, kettles etc.

    Customer Quotations Manage customer owned equipment quotations / repairs Inform customers in advance if there are any delays for any reason regarding approved repairs Coordination Coordinate with Technical Management team for customer issues related to equipment shortages Inform the customer / regions in advance if the scheduled time is not likely to be met for equipment shipments Coordinate with vendor for any quality issues on spare parts so that it can be rectified Ensure you and your team is courteous and polite to the customers and technicians Ensure that company policies are adhered to effectively, including staff discipline, time keeping, leave records, sick days, overtime records, etc.

    Planning and organizing Relating and networking Delivering results Meeting customer expectations Presenting and communicating information Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical administration function (Stores / Warehouse / Logistics) Grade 12 (Matric) SAP experience Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
