Receptionist Applicants are invited to apply for our Receptionist vacancy based in Port Elizabeth This person will report to the Human Resource Manager.

  • Purpose of this role : The Receptionist is responsible for providing friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all internal and external customers, in line with the company'
  • s vision and values on customer satisfaction. Key performance areas would include, but are not limited to : Answering and routing incoming calls on a busy switchboard Welcoming, greeting and attending to the needs of customers, to ensure a superb customer service experience Maintain the busy front desk and reception area as the face of the company Taking and passing on all messages to the relevant parties Administrative and general office support Ordering of stationary, cleaning supplies and groceries Handling all post and courier matters The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience : Senior Certificate MS Office proficiency Minimum of 2 years receptionist experience Experience in providing quality customer service Applications to be submitted by no later than close of business on Friday 09 October 2020.
