The newer focus areas are the Cloud related implementation services and Migration Factory/Engineered Systems related services, both tightly coupled with the Oracle product strategy in SaaS and Systems. These are high growth businesses and Consullting aim at winning a large market share in both areas.
Responsible for the identification of relevant new Oracle Consulting Cloud Transformation opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plans to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues Cloud Transformation sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.
A Business Development Leader is assigned to strategic accounts where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison for Consulting Cloud Transformation sales opportunities and teams with Consulting Sales Representatives as the opportunities reach maturity,
Responsible for Consulting’s Marketing and Communication programs by generating business opportunities through focused marketing campaigns and events.
Executes assertive strategies and plans to successfully drive Oracle Consulting as the preferred Strategic Technology advisor to selected Transformation Clients.
Program Management of the SOAR and Cloud Transformation initiatives in Oracle Consulting
Instrumental in articulating Oracle Consulting’s value proposition and coordinates technical resources and collaborate with Consulting Sale Representatives to manage Transformation deals to a successful close.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation.
Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.
Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner.
15+ years of progressively increased responsibilities in Consulting sales and sales management.
Marketing and business development experience in a Consulting business preferred.
Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
