Duties :

  • To process and control debtors and creditors
  • To control all aspects of workshop job administration
  • To accurately process and report on workshop motor vehicle expenses
  • To deal with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
  • To perform general branch admin functions
  • Control petty cash in relief capacity and or main depending on situation
  • Assist with switchboard and reception in a relief capacity
  • Compile general reports as per management requests
  • Assist the branch manager to process SHEQ admin duties
  • Projecting a positive company image
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Min grade 12 or equivalent with a pass mark in accountancy
  • Min 2 years general office and workshop administration experience
  • A bookkeeping qualification would be an advantage
