Our Client is looking for a Financial Manager to manage financial responsibilities for the 25-year concession period of a new Government facility.

This project was procured through a public private partnership (PPP) and is delivering serviced accommodation to the Government department.

The Financial Manager will be expected to manage the financial responsibilities during the construction and operations phase and will be responsible for all financial aspects of the project inclusive of client liaison, lenders liaison, financial management and financial controls. Qualifications

  • BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent
  • Finance Management courses
  • Financial Modelling
  • Skills The Candidate should have the following key attributes / skills :

  • A proven track record in a similar position.
  • Strong, dynamic, influential and assertive personality.
  • Strong understanding of PPP's, their risks and stakeholders obligations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Good understanding of legal principles and contracts.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate governance
