ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions is an engineering design and construction company that specialises in providing EPC and EPCM services to its clients in industries such as petrochemical, oil and gas, processes, minerals processing, materials handling, mining and power generation.

TKIS also provides equipment maintenance, refurbishment and replacement services in all engineering industries. Establish professional win-

win negotiations Utilize SPI sales principles / techniques to ensure sound sales metrics and customer relationships. Visit customers and expedite resultant TK services.

Obtain and influence customer RFQ’s / enquiries for products and services supplied by TK. Customer relationship development & Management.

Report and disseminate information (from the field to the organisation & vice versa). Establish client visit frequencies and manage the visit schedule (Monthly reports and Visit reports) Maintaining client support / satisfaction with TK Account management system.

Gather market intelligence and pass on to relevant stakeholders in the organisation. Deal with client queries (technical & commercial).

Uphold company marketing efforts. Uphold company reputation as a market leader. Identify competitor trends and build / execute counter tactical plans.

Promote TK range of service products to all the industries where TK supply equipment and services. Develop business opportunities through regular interaction with clients.

Share information gained in the field with appropriate stakeholders in the organisation to drive company goals and initiatives.

Drive product development and relay to market. Remain updated with developments throughout TK and apply to target markets.

Expedite quotations for service in all OU areas : field service, parts, revamps and workshop. Drive field service inspection recommendations to develop opportunities and to ensure loop closure.

Oversee project execution in the field if necessary. Schedule client visits by area specialists from TK where applicable.

At times work with suppliers to expedite work in progress. Oversee supply chain events where necessary in order to manage timelines.

Manage client delivery promised dates and report to client. Update client information. Set up client training and conferences.

Conduct visit follow ups (own and FSR’s). Maintain a mind-set of value add in all client interaction and service calls Engineering Certificate / Diploma.

Mechanical, Metallurgical, Process engineering background. Minimum of 5 years working experience in the core plant technology industries (Cement / Mining / Fertilizer / Electrolysis / Industrial Specialities) together with sales / service of associated capital equipment.

Proven technical knowledge of TK core technologies and an ability to apply this to the position. Negotaible Engineering Certificate / Diploma.

Mechanical, Metallurgical, Process engineering background. Minimum of 5 years working experience in the core plant technology industries (Cement / Mining / Fertilizer / Electrolysis / Industrial Specialities) together with sales / service of associated capital equipment.

Proven technical knowledge of TK core technologies and an ability to apply this to the position.
