The core purpose of an account manager is the growth of their portfolio of clients. Growth is achieved by retention of the existing client and leveraging of these clients for future growth in up-

selling and referrals to new clients for new business.

As Account Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor between the company and the client. Your key focus is around analysing the clients business requirements through awareness, empathy and maintaining strong relationships with your allocated customer base.

Extensive communication and marketing plan to portfolio. Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients

Build and maintain extensive knowledge of the industry, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the supervisor of Account Managers.

Job Requirements :

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships by being the trusted advisor for the customers
  • Communicate with customers through email, digital marketing, phone, on-line presentations, screen-share, webinars and in-person meetings
  • The timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and department objectives
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the customer
  • Monitor and analyse customer’s usage of our product to ensure an early warning system for detractors
  • Responsible to on-board and integrate new clients with the welcome process
  • Responsible for achieving growth target on new business
  • Responsible for achieving growth target on upselling to existing customer base
  • Responsible for retention of a portfolio
  • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives and drives to internal stakeholders
  • Thorough knowledge of all business processes (internal to Med-e-Mass and healthcare in general) with the ability to analyse and use business acumen to implement the most appropriate solutions for each client.
  • Fully accountable for the area of responsibility and retention of these clients.
