Position description / overview :

An Eastern Cape based SOE, seeks to employ a Social Facilitator within their Properties Department, on a 6-month contract.

Minimum Requirements :

  • BCom Degree (General / Development Economics / similar)
  • 10 + Years management experience
  • Responsibilities :

  • Community and stakeholder management.
  • Participate in execution of the company’s property disposal program.
  • Participate in professional management of company properties.
  • Help craft modalities of managing the company interface with Local municipalities and District Municipality.
  • Normalize relations with other government departments including our line department DEDEA at regional level.
  • Coordination of development activities where the company matters
  • Competencies / Skills :

  • High Interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • High versatility and multi skilled.
  • Ability to apply him / herself at strategic level.
  • Ability to solve complex issues
  • Self-Starter
