Job Purpose To provide stable, scalable and flexible Technology infrastructure in order for the SBG strategy to be realised.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities - Provide Strategic Leadership to the production area - Identify, Assess and remediate Technology and Technology Infrastructure risks - Provide People management leadership to the area - Accountable for the function in Infrastructure Production Services - Manage the Infrastructure and Operations area - Manage internal and external relationships - Deliver on business projects requiring infrastructure Preferred Qualification and Experience Qualifications : - B Degree - MBA Experience : - 10+ years managing an IT area at a senior / Director level - 3-4 years managing a large group of direct reports and indirect reports at a senior level providing direction to the team - 5-7 years responsibility and experience at a senior level dealing with adverse risks and consequences Knowledge / Technical Skills / Expertise - Evaluation of Internal Controls - Effective Business Communication - Customer Understanding - Environmental Management - Financial Acumen
