THE FINE PRINT
Mandatory Skills 5+ years experience in :
5 years experience in an IT role, of which at least 2 should be as an IT Manager
Commercial experience within a similar role
Ability to manage teams
Active Directory and Azure management
Server and Virtual Machine Management
Office 365
Ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
Best business practice / such as working in line with ITIL frameworks
Good Customer service
A high level of proficiency in :
Responsible team player who is capable of working on their own initiative and can make a fresh and positive contribution to the Service Desk Team
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware / software systems
Networks, Win & Mac user support
VOIP management
