Key Performance Areas : 1. Management and oversight of the daily Pricing & Valuation of Investment Products Execution of accurate daily valuation processes within the defined timeliness (including performance and benchmarking)Ensure CISCA portfolio income is monitored and managed towards correct distributions per periodRegular review of processes for efficiencyReview systems and processes for enhancements to both automation as well as qualitative elements of valuation principlesManagement of outsourced Admin Provider and External Asset Managers to ensure exceptions identified are remedied within SLA timelinessException management of all security related issues identified including suspended shares, stale securities, corporate actions etc.
Collaborate with the broader Portfolio Management Team in keeping abreast of portfolio changes and new investment vehiclesManagement reporting on team delivery around qualitative and quantitative matters.
2. Total Expense Ratios, Total Investment Charges and Effective Annual Cost (TER / TIC / EAC) Ensure that all expense related data across the AF Investments mandate universe is capturedReview the accuracy and reasonableness of all info collated prior to applying through the Expense systemsProcessing through the system and review of all Investment Product expense results prior to review and signoff by the Actuarial teamProcess and system enhancements to ensure timeliness are met at high quality of reportingKeep abreast of legislation of expense reporting and ensure changes are applied to all areas of delivery.
3. Performance / Return related reporting and queries Deal with all return related queries across the portfolio range to stakeholdersBenchmark related performance analysis to ensure accurate Portfolio performance reportingRegular review of mandate performance to ensure dispersion matters are known and documented.
