The successful candidate will ensure the optimal utilization of company assets in the customer credit value chain for all stages of the credit lifecycle, as appropriate to the account given commercial, contractual and governance context.
This position reports to the Head of Engagement Management and is a key role in the success of the company’s client facing function.
Qualification required :
3 year tertiary qualification
Experience required :
5 years’ experience in Project Management / Business Consultancy / Client management
Experience in successful relationship management with an emphasis on delivery
Experience in compiling and delivering regular Business Benefit Review (BBR) presentations and reports to clients,
Experience in implementing and monitoring client SLA’s for services
Project monitoring, prioritization and escalation to ensure deliveries are as per pre-defined scope
Experience in managing regular Operational Steering Committee meetings on Client / portfolio level to ensure all BAU deliverables are managed.
Understanding of direct marketing and / or financial services industry
