Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

To ensure execution of all HR related policies and procedures

To provide support in terms of execution of strategy into country-specific goals from benefits and administration perspective

Ensure accurate upkeep of all employee-related information on the HRMIS

Actively participate and contribute to the development of The companies culture, business strategy, and business plan

Responsible for demonstrating and infuse the desired The companies culture inspiring high performance

Ensure that all HR policies are in alignment with Group policies for the execution of country-specific operations in sustainable value creation and business growth

Ensure efficient communication across functional teams and respective businesses for any trends, drivers, and insights related to The companies’ Human Resources operations

Ensure implementation of all HR transactional processes (i.e employee contract management, payroll, and all other HR administration processes) across the organization

Provides support to Country HR Managers in ensuring that the best practices are being adopted, ensuring the delivery of projects as required as well as ensuring that key deliverables are met within the specified timelines

Responsible to report on all people metrics as necessary to the HR Executive and ensuring budgetary compliance and making recommendations in enhancing functional performance

Operate as part of The companies’ management team and effectively contribute towards success

Contribute to defining The companies strategy and business plan

    Qualifications

    Bachelor in Human Resources or Business

    A strategic leadership course can be advantageous

    At least 3 years’ relevant HR generalist experience on Management level

    Experience in a Fertilizer or seasonal commodities environment will be preferred

    People management experience, with experience in managing support functions across several business units preferred
